  1. Why can't we use the internet for submitting our application if we are now one of African recognized and leading countries in use IT technologies. And it is benefic for seek job seekers cause they will be spending less. Imagine I m from Nyabitimbo in extreme south west of our country, How much will I be spending?

  2. Why can't we use the internet(e-mails) when submitting our applications? if we are now one of african countries recognized and leading in using of IT technologies? If this mode was adopted as one of the modes of application and officially recognized, it will be a huge advantage for Job seekers who are, in most of the cases, out of money for their moves and daily life and more than that, it is a time saver mode cause when You just look the time job seekers spend at the reception of their files it is an endless time while we both agree that TIME IS MONEY. If yes, why not for JOB SEEKERS and for those who are looking for better places or fields they would like to perform? This is rectification of the previous comment. I beg your excuses for my poor English cause I m a rwandan and English is not my mother tongue
