INES-RUHENGERI Director of Planning Job Vacancy in Rwanda

RUHENGERI Institute of Higher Education (INES-RUHENGERI) is calling for application to the current vacant position of Director of Planning.

1.    JOB POSITION: Director of Planning

2.    REQUIREMENTS
-     Having a Master´s Degree in Strategic Management, Projects Management, Development Studies or related fields; or a Bachelor´s Degree with considerable experience preferably in planning for higher learning institutions;
-     Having a convincing experience in planning, projects development and elaboration, projects management or related tasks;
Having managerial skills and professional ethics;
Having skills in leading teams and being able to work under pressure; Being able to work in English, French and Kinyarwanda.

3. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-     Plan for the entire institution;
-     Elaborate the strategic plan for the institution;
-     Elaborate the action plan for the institution;
-     Follow the implementation of the action plan;
-     Report on the implementation of the action plan
-     Advise the management of the institution on strategic iss- s etc.

-     A certified copy of degree;
