Project Manager
Report to: The Secretary General 
Role: To accomplish different projects objectiv
es by planning and evaluating respective project activities.
He (she) is also in charge of:
  1. Accomplishing human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  2. Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  3. Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  4. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  5. Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

The candidate will:
  • Have degree qualified in a field related to Project Management.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the specified field.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the Finance and Audit landscape and operations.
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Be dependable, cooperative and a team player.
  • Be able to work independently, pro-actively and have a 'hands-on' approach.
  • Have excellent task-management skills, able to set and meet deadlines and multi-task effectively.
  • The candidate should be available to start immediately upon confirmation of his recruitment and contract terms finalization.
