POSITION: Enterprise Solution Manager
JOB PURPOSE
The focus of this role is to define,
launch and maintain market leading Enterprise Solutions propositions for the B2B segment. This will require you to develop Tigo’s B2B fixed product portfolio strategy and roadmap, create commercially feasible business plans and ensure compliance to legal and regulatory requirements, alongside to managing Mobile Data and the whole spectrum of B2B Convergence and cloud solutions.
You will also manage in-life product performance; ensuring service level agreements are met at all times. Additionally, you will lead and advise cross-functional teams to achieve product goals as well as manage relationships with third party vendors. You will drive and manage product development, improvements and operational excellence to achieve maximum profit margins.
In addition the Enterprise Solutions Manager will have hands-on role which will encompass technical pre-sales, account development/management, solution architecture and co-ordination of technical resources. You will also be involved in the analysis of present and future business market situations, including extensive market research and business development. The candidate must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet and exceed the B2B Solutions budget, whilst leading on defining the commercial tickets, channels Define, launch and manage a portfolio of B2B fixed line services
  • Develop the overall fixed product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead all product development initiatives including formulating strategic product development plans to maximize revenue, customer take-up, capability and profitability.
  • Manage and oversee the commercial interface and integration with Factory to drive product development, optimize cost structures and deliver a diverse range of solutions and CPEs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define the annual operating plan for all fixed services.
  • Maintain product KPIs and take action to achieve commercial targets, quality standards and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and maintain product collateral including handbooks, marketing material, technical guides
  • Act as subject matter expert supporting sales and client services in resolving customer issues
  • Support technical pre-sales teams and attend customer meetings where necessary
  • Produce and deliver product briefing and training to sales, technical and customer service teams
  • Develop deep understanding of account provisioning, service delivery and product support processes
  • Develop a close management relationship with partners and suppliers
  • Produce activity reports, forecasts and management reports on a monthly basis
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers’ needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
  • Act as key technical account manager for all escalations from corporate clients and follow-ups to the responsible technical team.
  • Manage, create and follow-up all technical escalations, link performances ,bandwidth and billing reports of all corporate clients on daily basis and inform the corporate manager for any issues.
  • Prepare corporate technical budget, project bandwidth and internet capacity and inform the relevant categories for planning purposes 12 months in advance.
  • Responsible for managing full cycle of all corporate projects and maintain delivery timelines agreed with corporate clients and highlight risks to the corporate manager.
  • Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
  • 4-5years relevant experience in telecom industry, preferably in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment
  • Telecom engineering degree in-depth knowledge of fixed and mobile technologies, solutions and services
  • Technical solution expertise in a comparable presales/project manager role
  • Ability to engage in effective and persuasive negotiations and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community. Strong communication skills whilst being capable of modifying his / her message to fit different levels in the organization
  • Mature ability to work collaboratively with management teams throughout the organization and to be seen as a valuable expert resource to be sought out.
  • Ability to achieve results through others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Excellent comprehension of English and French is mandatory
  • Experienced with the Rwandan market
  • High level of professionalism
  • Experienced in setting Sales Strategies and Operational plans
  • Had successful track of leading sales unit roles with monthly targets in commercial units
  • Experienced in managing projects that includes multiple stakeholders
  • Successful track of managing teams directly and indirectly
  • Experienced in complex sales, conversions and tailored offerings
