University of Rwanda,Various Jobs Vacancies in Rwanda(a day to go)

The University of Rwanda informs the public that it would like to recruit qualifies administrative staff to fill the following positions:

1. Advisor to Vice Chancellor (1):

Master’s Degree in Public Admin
istration, Administrative Science, Economics, Business Administration (Management), Human Resource Management, Educational Sciences and Social Sciences with 3 years of working experience or A0 in the above subjects with 5 years working experience.

2. Advisor to the Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Research (1):

Master’s Degree in Education Sciences, Public Administration with 3 years of working experience or A0 in the above subjects with 5 years working experience.

3. Executive Assistant to the Principal, CASS, CBE, CE and CST (4):

Master’s  Degree in Mass Communication, Public Administration, Business Administration (Management), Human Resource Management or Education Sciences wit 3 years working experience or A0 I the above subjects with 5 years working experience

4. College Registrar, CASS, CAVM and CBE (3):

Master’s degree in Education Sciences, Human Resource Management or A0 in the above field with at least 3 years working experience in higher education institution

5. Director of Student Welfare Unit CAVM and Rukara Campus (2):

Master’s or A0 in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Sociology, Education Management or Clinical Psychology with at least 2 years in similar positions

6. Director of Estate Management & facilities Unit, CVM, CE, Gikondo Campus, Nyarugenge Campus and Nyagatare Campus (5):

Master’s or Equivalent in Civil engineering, Environment Engineering and Sanitations, Alternative Energy or A0 in the above field with at least 2 years of working experience in building , Construction and Facilities/Asset Management and proof of Rwanda Civil Engineering Association membership

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE


  • Deep understanding on educational policies implementation

  • High level analytical skills

  • Coordination, planning and organizational skills

  • Report writing, presentation and Leadership skills

  • Computer literate

  • Interpersonal, effective communication and administrative skills

  • Time management and team working skills

  • Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French
