Job Title: Put in place an Integrated Management System for RALGA
Duration         : 15 Days
Reporting to   : RALGA Management
Background
Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) is an Association, which was established in 2003 to represent, advocate for and build the capacity of Local Governments in Rwanda. All the
Districts and the City of Kigali, constitute its membership.
RALGAhas secured a funding from the Belgian Development Agency (BTC), through the currently ongoing Rwanda Decentralization Support Program (RDSP) as one of its implementing partners, specifically for Result 3; to hire local or international firm to develop required IT procedures which will support the existing RALGA’s IT Policy, supply and setup a server with its automatic backup framework and install on it RALGA Integrated Management System and train its staff to use and maintain it.
Objective of the assignment
The overall objective is to offer a consultancy to develop required IT procedures, supply and setup a server with its automatic backup framework and install on it RALGA Integrated Management System and train its staff to use and maintain it.  
Application Procedures:
Interested International and National firms may find the detailed Terms of References (ToR’s) on the RALGA website www.ralgarwanda.org. A well printed proposals properly bound and presented in two (2) copies (Technical and Financial Proposals presented separately), one of which being the original; are to be submitted to RALGA office on 24th February 2017 at 2pm and the official opening of the envelopes will take place at 2:30pm in the main conference room.
