KT Rwanda Networks, Ltd is a licensed 4G LIE Infrastructure Company that is incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda. The company is engaged in the business of providing 4G LTE advanced technology as well as fixed broadband services on wholesale basis to licensed operators within Rwanda.


Reports To: Retailers Services Manager

 Job location: Eastern Province

 Purpose of the lob

 To Attain territory sales goals utilizing excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customers relationships. Major Responsibility

• Achieve annual sales goals as established by the company.

• Generate territory plan of action in conjunction with company Strategy plan.

▪ Work with retailers to educate the market on company products in the identified territory.

• Manage the sales operations in the assigned territory for all product portfolio.

 • Attain territory sales goals utilizing excellent sales skills, territory management skills and customers relationships.

• Together with retailer: Identify, qualify and close sales leads towards reaching company goals.

 • Coordinate availability of products for hospital outpatient departments through customer champions and provided sales collaterals.

• Together with Retailer: generate use of products by utilizing customer champions and educating customers with provided sales collaterals.

• Utilize proper sales skills including probing, supporting and closing. Penetrate target accounts and devote adequate sales time to each product.

•Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.

• Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills, good administrative and organization skills.

 • Ensure activities are in accordance with the developed sales strategies & Plan for the company.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required.

• Must have Bachelor a degree In Marketing/Sales/Business Management/IT Business Management or a related held.

 • Must have at least a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in account management or sales In Telecommunication Operations.

 • Should have strong customers management skills, able to confidently communicate.

 • Should have planning, execution and reporting skills, able to multi-task and get things done In a faster way.

• Should have good negotiation; Influencing, Problem Solving and analytical thinking.

• Should have excellent listening, technical advisory and presentation skills

 • Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Should have excellent Account Management skills.

 • Should have leadership and teamwork skills.
